Type and Shift
1 Regular Full-Time Position Must be available Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, may be asked to work off hours for events. Must be flexible with schedule changes in order to meet operational needs.
Represents the company in the field and serves as a liaison between DLS and its clients.
Addresses client needs and concerns and conducts follow-up calls.
Submits reports and documents, including but not limited to the following, within the time frame requested:
Letters of agreement
Attends and/or participates in activities such as but not limited to meetings, required in-service programs, continuing education and competency assessments.
Maintains confidentiality of information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business or related sciences preferred; OR Commensurate combination of education and relevant experience in the clinical laboratory field.
Two years experience in a customer service occupation.
Experience working with physician offices preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in verbal and written form.
Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team.
Excellent customer service skills.
Intermediate personal computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and routine database activity. (Ex: email, creating letters, formatting data, using tables, inserting objects)
Effective public speaking and presentation skills.
