Our Community Education team ensures that these activities are well-organized and effective in connecting the organization to the community and promoting health education for Hawai‘i’s people.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will help to provide our signature compassionate, high quality care to patients and their families as part of the Community Education department. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting physicians in providing care to patients of all ages. We are looking for someone with warm, sensitive patient care and communication skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.
Minimum Qualifications: Current Hawai’i Licensed Practical Nurse license. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card.
Preferred Qualifications: One (1) year recent Licensed Practical Nurse experience in Family Medicine. Knowledge of Current Procedural Terminology (CPT)/International Classification of Diseases 9th edition (ICD-9) coding. Experience with online medical software systems.
